At Aerowek, customer satisfaction is our priority. While we do not offer refunds, we are happy to accommodate exchanges under the following terms:
Exchange Eligibility

All sales are final. Refunds are not available.

Exchanges are accepted within 15 days of purchase.

A valid original sales receipt and original Aerowek packaging are required for any exchange.

Items must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and undamaged, with all original tags and labels intact.

Please allow up to 3 weeks for claims and exchanges to be processed.
Important Guidelines

Exchanges during sale or promotional periods are not allowed.

Products purchased on discount or promotion are not eligible for exchange.

If a product’s price is marked down after purchase, exchange will only be allowed against the new (discounted) price.

Exchange requests for damaged items must be made:

Within 3 days of purchase (in-store), or

Within 3 days of delivery (for online orders).

Used or misused items will not be accepted for exchange.
