Aerowek Return & Exchange Policy

At Aerowek, customer satisfaction is our priority. While we do not offer refunds, we are happy to accommodate exchanges under the following terms:

Exchange Eligibility

  • All sales are final. Refunds are not available.

  • Exchanges are accepted within 15 days of purchase.

  • A valid original sales receipt and original Aerowek packaging are required for any exchange.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and undamaged, with all original tags and labels intact.

  • Please allow up to 3 weeks for claims and exchanges to be processed.

Important Guidelines

  • Exchanges during sale or promotional periods are not allowed.

  • Products purchased on discount or promotion are not eligible for exchange.

  • If a product’s price is marked down after purchase, exchange will only be allowed against the new (discounted) price.

  • Exchange requests for damaged items must be made:

    • Within 3 days of purchase (in-store), or

    • Within 3 days of delivery (for online orders).

  • Used or misused items will not be accepted for exchange.
